CONSULTING-DNA
You have at least 8 years of experience in management, strategy, transformation or digital consulting – ideally from more than one consultancy
PROVEN COMMERCIAL TRACK RECORD
You have achieved significant success in account management and business development
EXPERIENCE IN COMPLEX TRANSFORMATION
You have a demonstrable track record in leading complex, multi-dimensional transformation programs
ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET
You think in terms of business models, scalability, and value creation. You use numbers, margins, and profitability as key steering metrics
METHODOLOGICAL EXCELLENCE
You possess strong expertise in strategy, transformation, and organizational development and are able to structure and present complex topics clearly
C-LEVEL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
You are convincing at executive and board level through clarity, structure, and confidence
INDUSTRY PROFILE
You bring deep expertise in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Pharma, and can quickly create impact in these environments
LANGUAGE
You are fluent in German (C1+) and have very good English skills, enabling you to operate confidently in international contexts
