CONSULTING-DNA
You have at least 5+ years of experience in management, strategy, transformation or digital consulting – ideally from more than one consulting firm
LEAD WITH IMPACT
You have led end-to-end transformation programmes in a consulting context – from analysis and target vision to roadmap to implementation and adoption by the client
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
You have already helped develop proposals, define scopes or design pitches and want to actively expand client relationships
TRUSTED ADVISOR
You confidently manage C-level stakeholders, steering committees and critical decision-making formats and can clearly structure and navigate complex situations
PROGRAMME & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (CONSULTING)
You are responsible for scope, governance, milestones, risks and benefits in demanding customer programmes – not just delivery, but real transformation
STORYLINE & COMMUNICATION
You can develop executive storylines, decision templates and business cases that are convincing – concise, visual and to the point
TEAM LEADERSHIP
You confidently lead teams and work streams, coach consultants and take ownership for results and quality
LANGUAGE
You are fluent in German (C1+) and have very good English skills, enabling you to operate confidently in international contexts
