In early May 2025, our team gathered for a revitalizing Coworking Week in the scenic surroundings of Rabland, South Tyrol. Hosted at the charming Design Hotel Tyrol, we enjoyed the perfect balance of focused project work and inspiring team experiences. Between sessions of deep collaboration, we strengthened our bond through team activities like bowling, hiking, an adventurous E-mountain biking tour, and group challenges that brought everyone closer together.
A special highlight this year: our dedicated training for the SAFe certification, which marked an important step in our continued growth and development as a team. The face-to-face time helped us accelerate progress on multiple fronts, combining focused work sessions with time to unwind and connect.
Alongside focused project work, this year’s coworking week also placed a strong emphasis on team building – with activities like bowling, a group hike, an E-mountain biking tour, and relaxed evenings at the hotel. It was a week where productive work and shared experiences went hand in hand, strengthening our team spirit in a lasting way.
