Your Impact.

As a Senior Consultant, Manager, or higher, you’ll play a critical role on our team, actively shaping the growth of our clients. Here is what you can expect:

Independent project, where you'll oversee the entire project process
Opportunities to build strong relationships at the C-level and present forward-thinking strategies clearly and concisely
Work on exciting digital and sustainability projects that drive our clients forward
Help win and develop new projects to expand our client base
Analyze and interpret complex data to derive insights
Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify opportunities

Your Qualifications.

Are you committed, ambitious and a true team player? We value people with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for getting things right. Here is what we expect:

Consulting Experience

At least 3 years as a Senior Consultant or 5+ years as a Manager, with expertise in digital transformation and sustainability projects.

Leadership Skills

A talent for leading projects and teams (for Manager roles and above).

Clear Communication

You’re confident presenting at the C-level—in both German and English.

Analytical Mindset

A keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of complex data structures.

Customer Focus

You understand what our clients need and are passionately committed to achieving top results.

Motivation

You act proactively and contribute your own ideas and strategies.
